My favourite Endometriosis products

Endometriosis is a hard condition to live with, but it doesn't have to be as hard as it is; with the right products (for each individual person, these products will be different), it can be made a lot more manageable. These are the products I use that I find to make my periods and endometriosis a lot more bearable to live with. 1.) tens machine: a tens machine, also called a  transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation machine, sends  mild electric currents through to some areas of the skin. I find this helpful because it distracts my brain from the pain I feel from my endo. 2.) period underwear: period underwear doesn't give you pad rash, and I find it fits more comfortably thought-out the day, making it easy to forget you are bleeding. 3.) bubble baths: not only are bubble baths relaxing, but the heat can really help to relieve pain. 4.) CBD oil: I find CBD oil not the greatest but it does help take the edge off my cramps enough that i can semi function on a low pai...

10 things not to say to an Endometriosis suffer

Endometriosis is a lonely condition that can be made worse by people who are trying to be helpful but are saying some of the strangest things.  We know that they are just trying to be helpful but when we are in pain sometimes things people say just make us snap which really affects our relationships and while we try not to get upset it isn’t always easy so I thought I would make a list of 10 things not to say to an endometriosis suffer.  Just take some pain killers and get over it.  But you don’t look sick.  At least it’s not…. Have you tried hot water bottle/ibuprofen/yoga/keto? When will you start trying for children.  Didn’t surgery cure you? I get cramps too.  You’re too young to be sick Mind over matter just think positively.  My daughter, friend. etc has that and she's fine There are so many more but those are the ones that really get to me.  Let me know which you hate hearing the most in the comments.

My 5 Endometriosis must haves

As an Endometrisoisis suffer i am no stranger to debilitating pain on a consistent basis, because of this i have found a few things that work for me and i am going to share my must-have endometriosis items.   castor oil pack-  now these are super easy to make and i actually have a tutorial on my youtube channel on how to make one  click to go to the video . i love these because they actually help reduce my bloating if i catch it in time. electric blanket-  now i don't mean the ones that you put under the sheets on your bed i mean the ones you take with you on the couch and plug into the powerpoint, they are also known as heating pads in America.    coffee-  i do know this doesn't help everyone but for me at least when i get really crampy and its that kind of pain you get with bowel endometriosis that is so painful but you can't physically go  (if you know then you know)  coffee helps me get things moving  *TMI*  and he...
