being in pain on the daily sucks but you get used to it. its flare-ups you have to watch out for because that shit makes the pain worse. one thing i do in a flare-up or high pain day is listening to music, i have a full playlist on Spotify of songs i love to listen to that is open to the public. Spotify link but here are some of my go-to songs to try and feel better. 1.) fighter by Christina Aguilera 2.) beautiful by Christina Aguilera 3.) you don't own me by say grace, g-easy 4.) superwoman by Alicia keys 5.) fight song by Rachel platten i love these songs because they make me feel strong like i can beat this pain and get back to normal and they also just distract me from everything going on for a few minutes which is sometimes all you need.
